Our practice use Medical-Objects software. Medical-Objects is a messaging system that uses the same coding as pathology providers to securely send and receive clinical data. Medical Objects allows you to electronically receive Hearts 1st diagnostic reports and have those reports automatically filed into your patient's file in your medical software. Your medical software will handle the letter in the same way it manages pathology and radiology downloads. As of October 2009 Medical Objects will be interoperable with Argus. For Medical Objects to work, a small client file needs to be downloaded from the web onto your computer. The medical objects team can install this over the phone, usually in about 10 minutes.
